#1- Robert Sebring, formerly of Monroe County, but who for a good many years has resided in Newton, N.J., died at the home of his cousin, Emanuel Sebring, near the New Jersey town yesterday at 10 o'clock. He was in his 63rd year and had been ill a long time. Mr. Sebring had a wide acquaintanceship in the boroughs and all his local friends are saddened by the news of his death. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. William Shook and Josephine Sebring, of Stroudsburg, and Mrs. Thomas Hauser, of Easton, and three sons, James of Blairstown, Samuel of Phillipsburg, and Leon of Philadelphia. The funeral services will be held in the Mennonite Brethren in Christ Church, South Sixth Street, with Rev. N. H. Rinehart, the pastor, officating. Interment will be made in the Stroudsburg Cemetery. J. H. Lanterman & Sons have charge of the arrangements, having brought the remains here this morning.
#2- The remains of the late Robert Sebring, who passed away at Newton, N.J., on Wednesday morning were brought to East Stroudsburg last evening by J. H. Lanterman & Sons, the local undertakers last evening. The funeral will be solemnized tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 from the Mennonite Brethren in Christ Church, South Sixth Street, Rev. M. H. Rinehart the pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Stroudsburg Cemetery.
